aturday, July 19, King Oscar Lodge #855 hosted a Summer Cookout & Fellowship Fundraiser at the Jefferson Masonic Temple.
Albeit some early afternoon inclement weather that challenged the master chefs grilling skills outdoors, we had a great number of attendees who joined us for some grilled favorites.
The rain did not spoil our gathering of brotherhood and fellowship at the table with family and friends. Some enjoyed the new Superman movie in the game room while others shooting pool. Our first time visitors enjoyed also a guided tour of the lodge room by RWB Hardesty, which is always a unique educational experience.
Best of all, proceeds from the suggested donation will benefit our Lodge programs and community outreach.
