n Friday, March 13, spooky date notwithstanding, all went well at our annual official visit from our new DDGM of the 5th NE District of the State of Illinois, RW Bro. Michael A. Lynch, who was pleased to find all in good order and running smoothly as he delivered greetings from the MW Grand Master of Illinois, Joseph B. Ferrell, and talked about the guiding theme of Legacy and Fellowship he has chosen during his tenure.
We enjoyed an evening of true fellowship and brotherly love which started in the dining hall and then at our meeting. We were pleased to welcome two guests, Bro. John Perham and Kevin Lally, respectively WM and SW of Constellation Lodge #974.
Our past WM Bro. Lozich was featured as Past Master of the Month and sat down for a one on one interview with our current WM Hardesty which highlighted his journey to the East.
Finally, a few of our brethren were recognized with Certificates and pins for their years of faithful service and membership within Illinois Freemasonry and Military Service & First Responders “Defenders of Freedom”.
